I first heard about the Eurodance thing from about two months ago, and I really wanted to interview Secam because all the big magazines talk to King Pigeon but we don't really know anything about Secam.

That's because Secam doesn't know English, or any language, so we had to do this f***ed-up thing where Lorne Greene had to be beamed in from some other dimension to translate my questions. It was totally weird! Especially the part about seeing Mr. Greene again, 'cuz he looks just like he did in "Battlestar Galactica," and that's how you talk to Secam. I thought there'd be a tape delay or something, but it really worked fast. So, here is what I asked Secam and these are his answers. It was really weird!

Question (Channelled through Lorne Greene): Hi. I'm writing an article for a college music 'zine and I wonted to talk to ask you some questions about what you do with Eurodance and Eurotrash, the show that you do with King Pigeon. So if you could answer these and e-mail them back up we'll put it in our magazine I would really appreciate it.

What do you do with Eurodance and Eurotrash?
Answer (Channelled Through Lorne Greene): I provide complimentary or contradictory video while the music is playing. Sometimes pornography.

QCTLG: Who are your biggest influences and heroes?
ACTLG: Jeffrey from Eiffel 65.

QCTLG: What's the best song you know about right now?
ACTLG: 1969 by Boards of Canada Geogaddi album.

QCTLG: Where did you grow up? Why?
ACTLG: I was never told where I grew up. I only think about the future, which is decidedly Euro.

QCTLG: Are you really an alien or something?
ACTLG: We are all many things.

QCTLG: Who else do you do stuff with that's not King Pigeon?
ACTLG: I have not left fortress pigeon for quite some time as the outside world frightens me—I work only with King Pigeon.

QCTLG: Why is capitalism so totally fucked up?
ACTLG: Humans like to cause pain, capitalizm does this most effectively.

QCTLG: What else should I ask you?
ACTLG: I have no more answers—more questions would be fruitless.

Thank you very much Secam for the weird interview! And thanks also to Lorne Greene for making it possible! And for "Bonanza"!
